2 In accordance with Article 26.1 of RDL 2/2015 of 23 October, which approves the revised text of the Workers' Statute Act, under no circumstances may payment in kind exceed thirty per cent of the worker's pay, nor may it lead to a reduction in the full amount of the minimum wage in money.

“Sabadell Flex Empresa” is a Flexible Remuneration Plan marketed by Banco de Sabadell, S.A., avda. Óscar Esplá, 37, 03007 Alicante, Tax ID A-08000143. The management of the products included herein is carried out via an operating platform developed by Compensa Capital Humano, S.L., c/ Bonaire, 21 - Entlo. 3, Palma de Mallorca, corporate tax ID B-63605562. The products that can be taken out are:

  • Collective Flexible Retirement Plan: a collective life-saving unit-linked insurance policy, in which the policyholder assumes the risk of the investment, from BanSabadell Vida,S.A. de Seguros y Reaseguros, subject to the terms and conditions contracted in the policy, with Tax ID number A-08371908 and with registered offices at Calle Isabel Colbrand, 22, 28050 Madrid. Registered in the Mercantile Register of Madrid and in the DGSyFP under code no. C-557.
  • Restaurant, crèche and transport: the provider is EDENRED ESPAÑA, S.A., Juan Esplandiú, 11-13, portal 13, pl. 1 – 28007, Madrid, corporate tax ID A-78881190.
  • Health Protection: insurance subject to the conditions, coverage, principal amounts, limits and exclusions set out in the general and specific conditions of the policy. Health Protection is a product of the insurance companies Sanitas, S.A. de Seguros and BanSabadell Seguros Generales, S.A. de Seguros y Reaseguros as co-insurers, each participating 50% in the co-insurance.

All these insurance policies are brokered by BanSabadell Mediación, Operador de Banca-Seguros Vinculado del Grupo Banco Sabadell, S.A., avda. Óscar Esplá, 37, 03007 Alicante, tax ID A-03424223 registered in the Mercantile Register of Alicante and in the Administrative Register of Distributors of Insurance and Reinsurance of the DGSyFP under code no. OV-0004, acting on behalf of Sanitas, S.A. de Seguros and BanSabadell Vida, S.A. de Seguros y Reaseguros and BanSabadell Seguros Generales, S.A. de Seguros y Reaseguros respectively, and carries Civil Liability Insurance pursuant to the provisions of the regulations on the distribution of private insurance and reinsurance in effect at any given time.
