1. Return: 0% Nominal Interest Rate (NIR), 0% Annual Percentage Rate (APR). The conditions of the Sabadell Negocios Plus Account will apply exclusively to new customers of Banco de Sabadell, S.A. who are self-employed, businesses, or SMEs identified with one of the NCAE codes set out in the promotion Terms, available at www.bancsabadell.com/bsnacional/es/bases-legales-campanas-y-promociones/ and who activate the account between 1 April and 15 June 2025, both inclusive.

2. All POS terminals are products of Paycomet, S.L.U., a company of the Banco Sabadell Group. Paycomet safeguards the funds received by users by depositing them in a separate account opened with Banco de Sabadell, S.A.

3. Between 1 April and 15 June 2025 (both inclusive), self-employed customers, businesses, and SMEs in the Health and Wellness sector who contract a new POS terminal with a flat rate monthly fee will avail of a promotion of 6 months free by waiving the monthly fee for the flat rate they must pay according to the selected tier based on their monthly turnover (tiers included: €1,000/month to €10,000/month). Any excess monthly turnover beyond the selected flat rate tier will be charged at a 1.10% discount rate on the amount of each transaction.

The promotion excludes customers who had a POS terminal activated as at 31 March 2025. The promotion excludes Virtual POS, Smart Dual Screen POS, and Smart Phone&Sell POS terminals. Transactions conducted with American Express are excluded from these prices and will not count in the contracted Flat Rate billing tranches as American Express cards have their own rates.

The beneficiary status will be lost in any of the following cases: (i) termination of the merchant or POS terminal; (ii) exceeding the 10% limit on the total monthly billing of international cards, (iii) changing the fee mode (lower flat rate tier or discount rate) within the first 12 months of the contract, or (iv) refund of any monthly fee. If the POS terminal is not maintained for 12 months with the flat rate fee from the contract period or higher, penalties will be applied corresponding to the contracted fee amount and the promotion period.

4. Subject to the terms, conditions, coverages, insured amounts, restrictions, and exclusions established in the general and specific terms (where applicable) of the policy.
Promotion of the insurers BanSabadell Vida and BanSabadell Seguros Generales applicable to self-employed customers (individuals and adults) and businesses (legal entities), in both cases with tax residence in Spain, for new contracts entered into between 1 April 2025 and 15 June 2025, both inclusive, for any of the following insurance products: Life Care, Life Care Premium, Premium Accident, SME Life Protection (BanSabadell Vida products) or Shop and Office Protection (a BanSabadell Seguros Generales product). The closing date for the policy coming into force is 31 August 2025. The insurance must be taken out with annual, semi-annual or quarterly payment terms.

The insurance must be current and up to date with payment to be entitled to the incentive. Promotion applicable exclusively to the first year of the insurance policy. The incentive amount will be equivalent to the following:

-     For contracts with annual payment: the amount equivalent to 25% of the total premium paid in the first bill will be paid.

-     For contracts with semester payment: 50% of the total amount will be paid in the receipt of the first semester.

-     For contracts with quarterly payment: the total amount paid in the first quarterly bill will be paid.

A one-time deposit will be made via bank transfer by the promoting entity, BanSabadell Vida and/or BanSabadell Seguros Generales, within a period between 60 and 90 days from the date of payment of the first receipt, into the account used for the payment of the new insurance product(s) contracted. Being paid the incentive is considered a capital gain for the taxpayer in the Personal Income Tax or a benefit in Corporate Income Tax for the policyholder, and is not subject to withholding.

5. The Mastercard Business Debit Card comes with zero issue and maintenance fees for customers who hold the Sabadell Negocios Account, Sabadell Negocios Plus Account, Sabadell Empresa Account, or Sabadell Online Account. A promotion offering a €50 voucher is available to the self-employed individuals, businesses, and SMEs in the Health and Wellness sector identified with one of the NCAEs detailed in the terms and conditions. This promotion applied to those who contract their first POS terminal and Mastercard Business debit card (both linked to the same corporate account) between 1 April and 15 June 2025 (both inclusive), provided they make purchases with the card totalling €2,500 or more between 1/4/2025 and 30/6/2025 (both inclusive). 6. The discount will be applied for a single year to direct debit fees during the first 12 months, with the first month being the one in which the account is opened. The payment will go into your account in the month after the first 12 months. The incentive will be subject to the current withholding tax.
