Banco Sabadell Smart POS Terminal Range

1 Return: 0% Nominal Interest Rate (NIR), 0% Annual Percentage Rate (APR). The conditions of the Sabadell Business Plus Account will apply if you meet the sole requirement of signing up for your first Dataphone POS terminal or Smart POS terminal Smart Mini POS or SoftPOS Mobile POS terminal. Those customers who had a POS in a registered status on September 1, 2024 are excluded from the promotion. The foregoing conditions of the Sabadell Business Plus Account will be maintained as long as the POS terminal term is complied with, which will be reviewed on a monthly basis. If this requirement is not met, the Sabadell Business Plus Account will now automatically only require a minimum monthly deposit of €3,000 (excluding deposits from accounts opened in the Banco Sabadell group in the name of the same account holder). This requirement must be met on a monthly basis, and if it is not met for two consecutive months, the Sabadell Business Plus Account will automatically become a Relación Account.

2 No account management or maintenance fees. Indefinite profitability that may change depending on market conditions. Now, a profitability of 2% APR per annum for an average joint balance of up to €20,000 of the Sabadell Self-Employed Online Account and the Sabadell Savings Accounts of the same account holders linked to it. Representative example of remuneration in one year calculated for a combined average monthly balance of €20,000: 2% NIR per annum, 2.018% APR, €400 in interest settled in the year. Settlement on a monthly basis and credited to the Sabadell Self-Employed Online Account on the 15th day of the following month (or the first working day before it). If, at the time of signing the contract you are already benefiting from a promotional offer, the latter's terms and conditions will remain the same until it expires.

3 This promotion is valid for all customers with a Sabadell Negocios Plus Account or Sabadell Self-Employed Online Account who sign up for a Smart, Smart Mini, Smart Dual Screen, Soft POS Mobile POS or Dataphone POS terminal between 2 September and 31 March 2025 and who did not have a Banco Sabadell POS terminal before 1 September 2024. The promotion will consist of:
- €0 monthly maintenance fee on your first Smart POS, Smart Mini POS, Soft POS Mobile POS or Dataphone POS terminal.
- Sabadell Business Plus Account with no access requirements.
- Rebate of €30 gross quarterly if the account holder has a billing of a minimum of €6,000/quarter with any model of POS terminal contracted with the bank, up to a maximum rebate of €120 gross per annum.
The promotional payment will be paid quarterly, in a single payment for the total amount and with the description 'ABONO PROMO POS', into the account where the POS terminal of the promotion was contracted.
Payment shall be subject to compliance with the conditions set forth in these Legal Terms and Conditions and Banco Sabadell S.A will make the payment after verifying that the conditions set for each quarter have been met.
The payment will be made during the first 15 days of the month following the end of the calendar quarter.
The observation period of the POS terminal billing for the payment of the promotional discount will start from 1 October or from the date of contracting the new POS terminal if this is later. Therefore, the first quarter of observation shall be Q4 2024, with the first payment to be made during the first 15 days of January 2025.
The offer is also valid for the Dual Screen POS terminal, with the exception of the maintenance fee, which for this terminal will be €18/month with the Sabadell Business Plus Account or the Sabadell Self-Employed Online Account. VAT or the relevant indirect tax will be levied on the monthly POS terminal maintenance fee, in accordance with the recent ruling by the Spanish Tax Authority.

4 The transaction fee of 0.25% will apply for all domestic personal cards, with a minimum of €0.02 per transaction. European personal cards will be charged a fee of 0.40%, with a minimum of €0.07 per transaction. Business cards issued in this country will incur a 0.80% fee with a minimum of €0.07 per transaction. European business cards and non-European personal cards, JCB, CUP and Diners/Discover cards incur a 1.80% + €0.39 fee, with a minimum fee of €0.46 per transaction. Business cards issued outside the EU will incur a fee of 2.20% + €0.39 with a minimum of €0.46 per transaction. For Mastercard B2B cards under the GWTTP programme there is a transaction fee of 2.95%. Transactions made with American Express cards are excluded from this offer and are subject to specific fees.

5 All the POS terminals are products of PAYCOMET S.L.U. and marketed by Banco de Sabadell, S.A. Paycomet is a Payment Entity, part of the Banco Sabadell Group, with registered office in Torrelodones (Madrid) at Calle Camino de Valladolid 2, local, registered in the Mercantile Register of Madrid, Volume 40,715, Folio 165, Page M-722,484, holder of Tax ID No. B95842522. Paycomet retains the funds received from users via a deposit in a separate account open in Banco de Sabadell, S.A.
Banco de Sabadell, S.A. will access the data related to the type of POS, its status and billing in its capacity as marketer of Paycomet, S.L.U.
