What are the features of the Sabadell Online Account?

The Sabadell Online Account has no opening or maintenance fees, and you will be able to carry out your normal day-to-day transactions free of charge through digital channels and ATMs.
A transaction not marked as free may be subject to a fee, as explained in the pre-contractual documentation. For more information, see the “Fees information document”.
What is the current remuneration of the Sabadell Online Account?
The Sabadell Online Account gives a contractual return of the sum of the average monthly balances of the Sabadell Online Account and the Sabadell Savings Account of account holders linked to them at an NIR of 2.00% and an APR of 2.018% (up to the joint average balance threshold of €20,000).
- Payment for each monthly period is made on the 15th day of the month (or the first working day) following each month of settlement for the duration of the promotional offer.
- To calculate the remuneration, the average balance in the Sabadell Online Account and in the associated Savings Account will be taken into account, up to a maximum joint balance of €20,000.

During the online registration process, pre-contractual information is provided, which you can download and will also be sent to your e-mail address so that you can review it at your leisure. The pre-contractual information contains:
● Pre-contractual information in accordance with banking regulations.
● Information prospectus prior to entering into a Payment Services Framework Contract.
● “Fee information sheet” (only applies to the Sabadell Individual Online Account).
● Schedule of Fees and Charges applicable to transfers and cheques through the account.
I want to open an account with two holders. Can I do this online?
- One of the account holders starts the Online Account registration process and selects the option “two account holders”.
- When that account holder has completed the process, the second account holder will receive an e-mail to join the account and can then start their online registration process.
- When both account holders have completed the registration process, they can use the joint account.

The contract is the last step in the registration process. Through a trusted electronic service provider, you will receive an SMS to the mobile phone you have registered with the password that you have to enter on the screens.
This third-party service provider will send you a certified copy of the contract.

Wait a moment. Sometimes, the password to sign the contract can take a few minutes.
You can also perform the following checks in this order:
Check that you don't have our number blocked for telephone numbers in this country +34215675 or 215675. In the case of international phone numbers, check that receiving SMS from abroad is not blocked.
Also, check that the device is not in the “do not disturb” or similar mode.
If you have recently done a portability transaction, check with the carrier that the routing to receive SMSs from applications is configured correctly.
Why has the online registration process for the Sabadell Online Account halted?
I have not received the password to validate my mobile phone number in the registration process for the Sabadell Online Account.

a No account management or maintenance fees. Profitability that may change depending on market conditions. Now, a profitability of 2% APR per annum for an average joint balance of up to €20,000 of the Sabadell Online Self-Employed Acount and the Sabadell Savings Accounts of the same account holders linked to it. Representative example of remuneration in one year calculated for a combined average monthly balance of €20,000: 2% NIR per annum, 2.018% APR, €400 in interest settled in the year. Settlement on a monthly basis and credited to the Sabadell Online Self-Employed Acount on the 15th day of the following month (or the first working day before it).
b Offer applicable to accounts opened from 30/05/25 to 02/07/25. A further €300 for private use is given for new salary payments of at least €1,000 received in the Sabadell Online Account and to have Bizum linked to the account. This incentive is subject to the current withholding tax. To be eligible for this incentive, Bizum must be linked to the account and your salary must be paid into the account for 12 consecutive months and on the day when the incentive is credited. The incentive will be credited to your account monthly (€25 gross/month) for 12 months. Check conditions in the terms and conditions of the promotion here.
1 Return of 3% of the amount of the bills in the name of the account holders charged to the account during each calendar quarter and which correspond to electricity and/or gas supply companies. The payment will be made quarterly, at the latest on the 15th day (or the previous working day) of the calendar month following the end of the calendar quarter in which the bills were debited. In accordance with personal income tax regulations, the amount resulting from the 3 % refund of the bills is considered as income from movable capital subject to withholding tax at the currently applicable rate of 19 %.
2 The granting of the credit card is subject to passing the Bank's risk criteria and its approval, after carrying out the corresponding risk and viability study.
3 Withdraw cash by debiting from your balance free of charge at Banco Sabadell ATMs in Spain using your debit card, regardless of the amount. It is also free if you withdraw an amount equal to or greater than €60 at the ATMs of the main banks belonging to the EURO 6000 network: Abanca, Ibercaja, KutxaBank, Unicaja Bank, CajaSur, Caixa Ontinyent and Colonya Caixa Pollença.
